Simon Breetzke Architects is a sole proprietor. After working for three prominent practices in the Durban and Pietermaritzburg areas, I founded my own practice in September 2010. Previous practices where I worked as a Senior Architect include Rougier Swiatek, which was derived from one of Durban's first architectural practices, WalkerSmith Architects and Interplan Architects. I still have strong ties with Rougier Swiatek employees, where, if needed, joint ventures are arranged so that any architectural project can be handled.

The work covered by the practice covers a wide diversity of projects. In the 'Latest Projects' section you'll find examples of my work in residential, commercial, industrial and town planning sectors. This list is by no means extensive, but gives a good overview of the variety of work I can produce.
